David – You’re absoluely right. After I saw that I asked Dan for his permission to quote from that de-brief, which I don’t consider to be public since it is a private Yahoo Group. I’ve added his description of events and the nice (relatively) outcome for the customer in a new article posted in the last couple of hours.
