And frankly, head-bashing north in the Gulf Stream against northeast winds and seas doesn&#039;t make for a pleasant galley experience, so...we made do.  In calmer waters, or on the hook, I&#039;d go wild with that Viking gas range for sure!!  Thanks for the comment!

Fuel consumption was fantastic!  At 1850 rpm, we saw about 6.2 to 6.3 gallons per hour, total.  We figured about another .75 gph for the generator. I&#039;ll have the final fuel numbers in the next piece, but it was about 300 gallons or so total for the whole trip.  Not too shabby at all.</description>
